As the Project Manager of A. Athanasiou Construction and Development, Thanasis Athanasiou adds significant value to the process of delivering our homes and the success of all our projects. He leads a highly skilled and dedicated team involving engineers, architects, trade specialists, field operators and craftsmen; all focused on client satisfaction and quality construction.

The project management team oversees the construction of the project to its entirety coordinating all design and construction processes, including the selection and hiring of speciality trade contractors.

We undertake specific objectives and constraints such as a required time frame for completion on all our projects. These objectives are achieved by a stringent series of project-orientated management principles engaged throughout the life of each one of our build projects.

Our philosophy has been to build upon areas of expertise that have made the company so successful, forming strategic relationships with specialists and professionals to supersede our clients’ expectations.
