From the company’s inception in 1975, Athanasiou Construction & Development has been a progressive family owned company poised to provide the direction and expertise necessary to protect our clients’ real estate investments, enhance value and sustain growth for our peoples in an ever-changing environment.

Although we are one of the largest and most successful privately owned construction and development groups on the island of Cyprus, our aim is to be the best as size is only relevant to our clients’ perception of the task.

Founded over three decades ago by Christakis Athanasiou, the group now has a base of over 280 staff and personnel, all working to a common goal.   The group consists of 7 subsidiary companies, offering a wide range of property development and specialist construction services, all of which focus on building long-term relationships with our clients, associates and partners.

Over the years, Athanasiou Construction and Development has pursued a strategy for development and concentrated territorial coverage within the precinct of Limassol and surrounding regions.
